Service Delivery and Confirmation: Upon order placement and payment, all services are automatically delivered. In certain cases, it might take up to 48 hours to confirm the order.
Responsibility and Usage of Services: 1001GROUP holds no responsibility for any misuse of our services, including the creation of fraudulent websites or any illegal activities.
Customers engaging in unlawful activities bear full responsibility, and 1001GROUP is not liable for any consequences.
Website Authentication: Our website offers login options through Facebook and Google accounts.
Account Restrictions and Bans: Accounts found in violation of our terms may face permanent suspension. This includes the cancellation of active services, with no possibility of a refund.
Account closure reasons include:
- Modifications of licensed software files, including debugging and log manipulation.
- Sharing service access with unauthorized entities.
- Engaging in defamation or disrespectful behavior towards 1001GROUP, its employees, or associates.
- Usage of fake identification for account registration.
- Spamming our support services.
- Any decisions made by administrators.
Manufacturer: The entity providing the services.
Money-Back Guarantee (Refund) Terms:
- Only system licenses qualify for refunds.
- Generally, products are non-refundable after download or activation.
- Instances where our experts cannot resolve licensing system issues on your server.
- Partial refunds possible for unused portions of a service period.
- For original licenses (e.g., Windows Server), refund policies depend on the manufacturer.
- Depending on license type and order specifics, refunds may be accepted at the discretion of the accepting company.
- Credit deposits are non-refundable.

Service Extension Terms:
- Users must renew their services before the due date, extending them by 30 days.
- Payment can be made through provided portals or via bank transfer. After payment, a receipt must be logged in the system.
- If a purchased license is not renewed, it transitions from "blocked" to "completed" status. Renewal without payment is possible within 4 months of blocking. Otherwise, the license shifts to "deleted" status, requiring a setup fee for reactivation.
Agent Regulations: Agents are prohibited from selling system and subscription licenses as legal licenses. Violations result in appropriate actions being taken against the agent.
License Transfer Conditions: Transferring licenses between users/agents is subject to these conditions due to license system limitations:
- The current user or agent must announce the transfer via a ticket.
- If not confirmed, the new user must prove ownership of the registered IP and server.
- If the previous agent's license is blocked/terminated, the service restarts under a new agent with a new order and setup fee.
License Integrity: Attempts to manipulate our licensing system result in permanent license and account suspension without the possibility of a refund. Fair usage is encouraged, and our staff may verify orders for misleading information.
